[cisco-voip] Changing the 'user selection' method for forwarding voicemails..

How does one change the method of selecting users to forward a voicemai
to in Unity?
 
Currently, the system uses 'lastname' spelled on the keyboard-
I think we'd like to change it to 'extension', since that way a user
could just look up the person they're forwarding to on the phonelist
more quickly than hunt and peck for letters on the keypad...
