Hi all,

A little new to this, but I'm trying to set up a PRI. We're running CCM
4.0(1)sr2a. This is an MGCP connection to the gateway.

I have it set up and it can do outbound calls just fine:

*Mar 27 15:11:40.472: ISDN Se0/0:23 Q931: TX -> SETUP pd = 8  callref =
0x0006

        Bearer Capability i = 0x8090A2

                Standard = CCITT

                Transer Capability = Speech

                Transfer Mode = Circuit

                Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s

        Channel ID i = 0xA98397

                Exclusive, Channel 23

        Calling Party Number i = 0x2181, 'XXXXXXXXXX'

                Plan:ISDN, Type:National

        Called Party Number i = 0x80, 'XXXXXXXXXXX'

                Plan:Unknown, Type:Unknown

*Mar 27 15:11:40.556: ISDN Se0/0:23 Q931: RX <- CALL_PROC pd = 8
callref = 0x8006

        Channel ID i = 0xA98397

                Exclusive, Channel 23

*Mar 27 15:11:42.231: ISDN Se0/0:23 Q931: RX <- PROGRESS pd = 8  callref
= 0x8006

        Progress Ind i = 0x8488 - In-band info or appropriate now
available

*Mar 27 15:11:45.697: ISDN Se0/0:23 Q931: TX -> DISCONNECT pd = 8
callref = 0x0006

        Cause i = 0x8090 - Normal call clearing

*Mar 27 15:11:45.733: ISDN Se0/0:23 Q931: RX <- RELEASE pd = 8  callref
= 0x8006

*Mar 27 15:11:45.757: ISDN Se0/0:23 Q931: TX -> RELEASE_COMP pd = 8
callref = 0x0006

However, when trying to take inbound calls, it gives me this:

*Mar 27 15:08:28.040: ISDN Se0/0:23 Q931: RX <- SETUP pd = 8  callref =
0x0019

        Bearer Capability i = 0x8090A2

                Standard = CCITT

                Transer Capability = Speech

                Transfer Mode = Circuit

                Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s

        Channel ID i = 0xA98381

                Exclusive, Channel 1

        Progress Ind i = 0x8283 - Origination address is non-ISDN

        Calling Party Number i = 0x2183, 'XXXXXXXXXX'

                Plan:ISDN, Type:National

        Called Party Number i = 0x80, '7050'

                Plan:Unknown, Type:Unknown

*Mar 27 15:08:28.061: ISDN Se0/0:23 Q931: TX -> SETUP_ACK pd = 8
callref = 0x8019

        Channel ID i = 0xA98381

                Exclusive, Channel 1

*Mar 27 15:08:28.077: ISDN Se0/0:23 Q931: RX <- STATUS pd = 8  callref =
0x0019

        Cause i = 0x82E1 - Message type not implemented

        Call State i = 0x06

*Mar 27 15:08:28.085: ISDN Se0/0:23 Q931: TX -> DISCONNECT pd = 8
callref = 0x8019

        Cause i = 0x80E5 - Message not compatible with call state

*Mar 27 15:08:28.185: ISDN Se0/0:23 Q931: RX <- RELEASE pd = 8  callref
= 0x0019

*Mar 27 15:08:28.193: ISDN Se0/0:23 Q931: TX -> RELEASE_COMP pd = 8
callref = 0x8019

It seems like there is a problem with the signalling, but I'm not sure
where to start on it. Is this a problem with my gateway, or with the
Telco?

HW: 2651XM

SW: 12.3(8)T4

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
