[cisco-voip] CDRView for Callmanager 4.0

Cisco docs for CDR Definition speak of a CDRView application for
helping to develope your own cdr application. Anyone know where this
might be found? I've searched cisco.com and it only turns up the
documentation, but no word on how to invoke the app.
