[cisco-voip] 7960G SIP - Intermittent Authentication Challenge Response

I have about 300 7960G deployed right now behind a hosted NAT traversal
device with a Broadsoft feature server, every once in a while I see a phone
that stops responding to authentication challenges.  So it's told to
register every x seconds by the hosted NAT traversal system, it does so with
no problem, then all of the sudden it will send a registration but when sent
the authentication challenge it won't respond.  The only way to get it to
come back is to rebuild the config file with a different line/port
description and reboot, then the phone comes back and has no problem.  Has
anyone seen anything like this?
