Thanks for the reply.  I'm a Cisco Service Contract owner, and have access 
to the Cisco site for downloading IOS, etc..., but your links below give 
me that dreaded:

Authentication Required/Forgotten Password

screen.  Do I need to log in somewhere else first or have a higher level 
of access?
