[cisco-voip] "get last_command_handle" Error

In TCL/IVR when I do:
...
leg setup  $destination callInfo leg_incoming
set commandHandle [infotag get last_command_handle]
...

in any context I get the following error:

 getInfo::Unrecognized VAR_TAG: last_command_handle

which version on TCL I need to run this command? where can I get it?

any advice?
