[cisco-voip] Point to Multipoint E/M

Has anyone tried using VoIP to create a point-to-multipoint PCM
connection?  Our customer has an existing multi-drop PCM network that he
wants to replace with E/M modules over a Cisco network.  We have
successfully used both "connection plar" trunks and a single
point-to-point Hoot & Holler connection to work but they need a
point-to-multipoint connection.  Using Hoot & Holler to connect three
sites, the connections synchronise but after a few seconds they lose
their synchronisation and I suspect it is the way the E/M source port
handles multiple sessions. The PCM network only runs at 2400 Baud.
