[cisco-voip] Maximum Ad Hoc Conference with 6608 and 4.1(2)

The maximum is platform dependent, and unfortunately CM does not allow 
configuring the maximum per cfb device. I believe we had to choose the 
lowest common denominator which was the 4604 with 6 conf participants.
