Hi Jason,
              I followed the instructions in the Cisco IP Phone 7970 Admin Guide

Create the following directory in your CallManager,

C:\Program Files\Cisco\TFTPPath\Desktops

Placed the the full size (320x212 PNGs) and thumbnail (80x53) files in
the directory and also create a "List.xml" file which has to be placed
in this directory also.

A sample "List.xml" file follows.

I want to add some images for use on my 7970s. I am ready to go, but the
path C:\Program Files\Cisco\TFTPPath\Desktops does not exist in my
callmanager. I am running CCM 3.3.4. Any ideas on why the "Desktops"
folder is missing or is this something that has to be manually created?
