Yes, The IP Blue VTGO softphone is a third party SCCP based softphone. We
deploy that over the Cisco Softphone. It also has a couple of extra features
over the Cisco products; call recording, NAT busting, etc.

Are you using the Cisco Softphone or the Cisco IP Communicator? Communicator
works quite a bit better than the Cisco Softphone did.
