Sorry for not posting earlier.  Qwest had a nation wide outage to
California. Qwest said it was a one way audio issue, which makes sense
now looking back at it.  They fixed it at 1:50PM yesterday.

Hi

 

Maybe a little more information would help.

 

Can you narrow the calling problems to specific area codes?

 

Are you calling from a call manager controlled IP phone or a device off
a pots port?

 

Are you using H.323 or MGCP on the gateway?  

 

If H.323, it might be helpful to paste the gateway config.  It sounds
like you might have a dial peer issue.
