If you are using Unity as your autoattendant, then you should be able to do this using call routing rules.

  Subject: [cisco-voip] Stopping Prank Callers

I have an interesting situation where one of my users is getting Prank Calls from a particular number in Chicago.

I'm pretty sure I can call my phone company and block that number, but I'd rather do it internally.

Is there a way on the Call Manager to block a call based on the Incoming Caller-ID?

  Thanks,
