[cisco-voip] CDR on a separate box

Hi Roy,
You can use the "Off Cluster CDR Connection String" Callmanager
Enterprise parameter to specify a non-CallManager SQL server to store
the CDRs. Here is the CCM 3.3(4) documentation:

Please refer to the documentation for the specific CCM version you are
using.
