[cisco-voip] Cisco 7910 phone firmware upgrade without CCM?

Hello all,

      Is there a way to upgrade the firmware on 7910 phone firmware
      without using CCM?

      Cisco readme says to simply put the file on the TFTP server but
      I cannot figure out how to make the phone request the new
      firmware.

      Any pointers would be really great.
