[cisco-voip] SCCP 7940/7960 IP Phone Release 7.1(1) Firmware Deferral Notice

Two reports were IP to IP phone and the other report was IP to gateway.  They have not experienced it since earlier this week so it is hard to troubleshoot since the problem has not come back.

Unless downgrading the phone load fixes the garbled voice then I'd troubleshoot it like any other voice quality problem.  Does it only happen while talking to users via a gateway or is it ip phone to ip phone?
