Hi Bill,
The nature of h323 means that CM will not know the distribution of 
channels on the h323 gateway.  You could possibly the number of active 
h323 calls, but not the individual b-ch utilization.  You will need to 
monitor the router with SNMP to get indiv b-ch util.
