Scratch that - it's for connectivity only. There is a section called confidence testing which by the sounds of the help file look like something that might replace VHM.

Problem is, I can't get the config screen to come up. Stupid Java.

  There is a phone reachability testing section in ITM 2.0.

  I'm guessing that's the replacement.
