[cisco-voip] Dead ata186?

My ATA186 (configured with SIP software) seems to have quit sometime today
or last night. I've tried power cycling it, different phones on it, and
moving it to other switch ports.

All it will do is power up, blink the top red LED rapidly, and send out
CDP broadcasts like:

20:59:04.567258 snap CiscoCDP CDP v2, ttl=180s
         01/13 DevID 'SEP000000000000'

0x0050 3930 3500 0f00 0820 0200 0100 0b00 0500 905.............

Anyone know what might have happened to it and if it's correctable?

Actually, the LED seems to blink in a pattern. It blinks about 17 or 18
times (so fast they're hard to count). Then one long illumination. Then
17 or 18 really fast ones again.

I've tried getting into the voice config menu, but can't. I get no dial
tone, but it is providing battery, so an analog phone plugged into
phone1 can generate DTMF.
