Look at the pricing tool...

There are Upgrade Charges per Supervisor, Historical Reporting, Server,
and Agent (for each type; IP Phone Agent, ICD Agent, or Media
Termination Agent).

Contact your Cisco AM and see if they can work up a quote for you.

I do know that we run the client enhanced versions. So I'm guessing if
you're not currently running the enhanced you will need to upgrade them
also.

Subject: [cisco-voip] ICD Standard to ICD Express

Does anyone know what I need to get to upgrade from ICD/IPCC standard to
express?

Do I need to upgrade just the server license or all the client and
supervisor licenses as well?

I have done some research I can It figure out which cisco part number I
need to get.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Tony Bunce
