hmmm, looks like I had two things happening here. the first was hung Unity ports and really long calls which were forced into the next week file and the second was some processing issues. i'll have to review my manual processing script since that seems to be the only one that has caused a problem.

  Subject: late CDRs?

We have a custom way of doing our billing and I am finding that I'm getting CDR records from a week before. I've gone through my files, of which I'll go through again a few times, but I was hoping the group could shed some light. Have people seen delayed CDR records?

  Here's what we do:
a.. every day export the last two weeks of CDRs from the publisher to a text file (overwriting the previous)
b.. every week, grab this file and compare it to a file from last weeks processing to get differentials
c.. send this differential file to our 3rd party billing service
What I'm finding is that in this weeks differential file is an entry that really should have been in last weeks. When I go to last weeks raw data, i.e. the CDR export from the publisher, it's not even in there, it's only in this weeks raw data.

This just sounds wierd to me.
