There is a tool on CCO called the Quick Configuration Tool that you can
download.  I messed with it briefly and didn't like it too much myself.

 

I've had pretty good success just using linked cells in a spreadsheet.
On one worksheet I scan the phone MACs in and buld a nice table show
ephone number, name, label extension, pickup group etc... and on another
tab I have the CLI commands with links to the proper information in a
formula.  Anyone halfway competent in Excel could do a much better job
I'm sure but it works.
