[cisco-voip] VT Advantage Software Issue

Hi Carlos, thank you very much for that I have just added the bearer-cap
speech command and it's now working fine.

What type of gateways do you have at HQ and remote sites? H.323 or MGCP?
I had this issue a while back and this may apply to you.  If you are
running an H.323 gateway at the remote site you may need to go under the
voice port an issue the bearer-cap speech command.  Apparently without
this command the ISDN setup message is not sent properly when VT
advantage is running.

I have installed VT advantage cameras in one of our remote sites, the
problem I have is that when the VTA software is running I am unable to
make calls via the PSTN, as soon as I close the software they start
working again. The PC's are running Windows XP SP1, with VTA 1.0(2).
Could this be because I am using a region setting of G729 codec within
this branch, I have never had a problem using VTA at our HQ but we are
not using G729 there.
