[cisco-voip] 4.1(3) upgrade

For the last few upgrades/maintenance, etc., I've just pulled a drive, done
the maintenance un-mirrored, and rebuilt the mirror when everything was
completed (we use 3 drives in rotation). Saves some time up front, and the
maintenance itself is a little faster as well.

Depends on your Maintenance widows but I would try and get it backed up,
patched and remove drives in a previous maintenance widow so it doesn't
take so long for the actual upgrade.

Removing a drive and remirroring took about 30-45 minutes in of itself
(per sever).
