[cisco-voip] Reducing number of rings on inbound calls outsideparty hears

Does the fxo config have callerID enabled? get a debug vpm and debug mgcp
concurrently and compare when the fxo port detects ringing, vs. when the
o:rt is sent by MGCP to CM.

since clid is not supported of analog mgcp, should have telco disable that.

Have a 1760 Gateway with FXO ports configured as MGCP.
When people call in from outside they hear 3-4 rings
before the IP phone at the site gets the first ring.
The FXO port attendant DN setting in CCM is a phone
with shared lines, and we also tried a number that is
not shared either and same problem.

I understand the first ring can be sent to outside
caller by telco as a warm fuzzy, but need to try to
find cause of why the IP Phone rings after outside
caller heres multiple rings after first ring.

Debugs on router show voice call ringing and connected
toward end of first ring. The issue is the customer
reports callers are hanging up after hearing 5 or 6
rings, which is 2 rings on their phone.

Call Manager version is 3.3.4sr2
