[cisco-voip] How do i find out which networking option I'm using

I'm trying to upgrade my Unity 4.0.4 server to 4.0.5.  one section asks
if the system is using the AMIS, SMTP, or VPIM networking options do
"this."  How do I know which one I'm running or am I running one at all.
