Standard recipe for 3.x works allmost.
(Install w2k, SP4, snmp; add registry hacks, be sure to have 2 
partitions and second named STI_DATA).
Then install security update from cisco.

For the install to go smoothly, you need \utils\shutdown.exe from 
somewhere (a real MCS :) and install JRE 1.4.2_05 in program 
files\java\jre (no version trailer).

It worked for me :)
