I don't know a way this can be done standalone with callmanager, but you
could achieve this level of 'call screening' with PA (Personal Assistant)
from cisco. it allows you to build an address book, and create caller groups
and apply specific action, (I.e. anyone not in the phone book send to voice
mail) another way if for managers is to use IPMA, in proxy line mode you
could create filters of permitted number? depends on which version of CCM
you have
