Anyone see this before? There seems to be a stuck
call. This is on 12.4(1) IOS on a 2800.
The calls go to CCM 4.02aSR1a (MGCP) and problem when
this happens is inbound calls ring once then we hear
fast busy. The router debugs show busy signal coming
from call manager. Call manager traces show the call
coming in and CCM sending reorder tone right away. But
this works fine for most calls then will not work,
etc, then will work fine. Doesn't matter what FXO port
the call comes in on as they are all configured the
same.
The FXO port AttendantDN setting is a CTI route point
which goes to a AIM-CUE in the 2800 registering to CCM
as CTI app for AutoAttendant purposes. Both gateway
and CUE are registered and they are not unregistering
as we have active calls up and can call in fine most
of the time.
In CCM trace, the following error is there on the
problem calls:
ERROR Unable to receive call for FXO Trunk-check
portType/callAttendent DN.
