And where do I find the caller transfer Wav so I can change it?

Current system default is "Who may I say is calling" but the first half
get's cut off so it only says "ay I say is calling".  I'll record myself
if I can just find it in Unity ver 4.0.4.

I'm setting up call handlers to record the callers name and it's taking
at least three seconds to time out.  Can I change that value?
