[cisco-voip] CM 4.1(2) installation woes

I had posted a while back about a problem I am having, and I have gathered more information and wanted to see if someone here has any ideas.

Servers are DL320 (first generation), 800mhz, 40GB HD, 1GB memory

I install win2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.6sr8 and CM4.1(2) on the publisher, no problem.

I install win2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.6sr8 on the subscriber no problem, but it fails during the CM installl.  It's not the hardware.  I wiped out both servers and reversed the roles, I simply have problems whenever I try to install the subscriber.

They aren't connected to the internet.  I have done no CM Configuration on the publisher, its a clean install.  All my passwords are correct, I can access between the servers for file sharing etc.

The only thing I can think of is that perhaps my install media is bad, works for publisher but not subscriber?  The cd looks flawless though (no scratches) and its an original that I opened personally.

Any ideas?
