[cisco-voip] CCMUser Parameters

Hi All.

If I set 'Show Personal Address Book Settings' to True when 'Show Cisco
IP Phone Services Settings' is set to False, the PAB does not show on
the ccmuser page. When they are both set to true it does, but with the
service options....
 
Anyone have a bug id on this? or is this a requirement for the PAB?
