[cisco-voip] Voice Class codec on IP to IP GWs

Hi All:

I'm not being able to complete calls using voice-class codec on dial
peer on the Cisco 7200 with IOS 12.3(11)T4 (IP2IPGW).

It only goes through if a specify a codec on the dial peer.

Also, I tried using rotary to have it re-negotiating codec, but it
does not seem to work. I have the following configs set:

voice service voip
 allow-connections h323 to h323
 allow-connections h323 to sip
 allow-connections sip to h323
 allow-connections sip to sip
 h323
  emptycapability

voice class h323 1
  call start interwork

Does anyone has any clue ?
