i heard one of the biggest advances will be 'multiple-master' databases. right now, if the publisher goes down, any features requiring database changes break, e.g. forwarding, Ext.Mobility, etc. in the new one, this is supposed to be fixed. ;)

CM currently does not run on Linux and I would not expect that at any
point in the future you will be able to install CM on a Linux box.
