[cisco-voip] CCM 4.2 beta and release

I asked our SE team about 4.2 and he had heard of no plans of a 4.2. It sounded like they were concentrating efforts on 5.X.

In opening a case about some 4.1.3 bugs, the TAC mentioned 4.1.5 as the first fixed in version.

I'm not entirely clear on when a version goes from X.1 to X.2, some say it's when the code is significantly changed, but some say it's feature based.....*shrug*.
