[cisco-voip] hunt-pilot/hunt-list/line-group and pickup-group

HuntList does not invoke any of the normal intercepts (CFA/CFB/CFNA) 
that apply to a line.

Pickup is yet another intercept.  I don't have the SFS handy, but i'm 
willing to bet this is working as designed.

If you have only 2 members, maybe just a shared line.  Then your Pickup 
will work.
