[cisco-voip] QRT tool....

I enabled CEF and trying to configure QRT on phones as we have poor
voice quality in one of the campus buildings.

 

When I press QRT on phone it says "Service not active ".

 

Cisco needs to reset the ccmsysuser password as the services may again
synchronize with AD. Do this affect any services of call manager
including directory listing .

Please let me know any thing else I should try.
