[cisco-voip] External Masking

Depending on the number of phones you can put the external mask on all phones and have only one set of route patterns. 

The nice thing about setting the mask on the phone is that it appears on the top line of the phone (replacing the extension number). This is handy for people who are new to or visiting the organization and can't always remember the main inbound number.
