You needed the Unity SP CD 3 because your Exchange 2003 install did not
have SP1 applied correct? I will be running this on my lab servers
first so I will see everything that I need. Any post install issues?
Thanks for the advice....
Carlos

I just finished a 4.0.4 to 4.0.5 upgrade. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING
YOU NEED. I had a two hour window to install and it took me three. I
didn't have all the CD's needed so I had to download and unzip which
added about an hour to an hour and a half to the install.
You need cd 1 and 3 for the Service Packs at
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/unity-40
And a minimum of CD 1 and 3 from
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Software/Tablebuild/tablebuild.pl/4yutni0
more if you're adding things like second languages.
I ended up needing CD 15 also.
I hated that several times the installer failed to respond ("not
responding"). But eventually it continued.
Looks like I'm back up and running.
Just my two cents.
Scott

I am running Windows 2003 server and Exchange 2003 SP1. I would like to
upgrade to 4.05. Anyone running this setup yet? Any advice or gotchas
to look out for?
Carlos
