[cisco-voip] AS5350 problem

I have some problem with outboung calls....
I have a Cisco call manager 3.3 connect to AS5350 with E1 interface .... and this 
AS5350 connect to PSTN

I ´m trying to call 0800 access number with a destination number after (using a 
prefix command in the AS5350) ....in the PSTN, an IVR attending me but It don´t 
receive the rest of the number (destination) 

Can somebody help me ??
