That is unless they don't just block all VOIP other then their own.
Some cable companies will restrict all VOIP unless it's going to their
servers...

I've no experience with that product but I would like to point out that
QOS will only work if your ISP trusts the values you set. Unless you're
getting a digital voice package from your ISP I would expect them to
overwrite any Cos/Tos settings you set.
