[cisco-voip] Calling search spaces for voicemail pilots

I believe the css on the voicemail pilot is used to place the forwarded
call to the voicemail system. For instance, let's say phone A cannot
place a call directly to the voicemail system based on its css
assignment. If phone A calls phone B and the call rings no answer to
voicemail system, the call will be successfully forwarded as long as the
vm pilot's css is able to call the voicemail system. If the pilot's css
is set to <none>, the calling party's css is used, and in the example
above, phone A would not be able to leave a message for phone B.

I don't know if the pilot's css is appended to the calling phone's css
or if it replaces it.
