Crystal Reports, Excel plus most ODBC enabled accounting packages.
An example of a commercial package is Avotus, that I was looking, at that
looked pretty good, but reason I was looking at it was that with the right
modules it could also support operations as well as billing and also
supported the legacy Nortel PABXs that were being replaced slowly site by
site with IP Telephony. See http://www.avotus.com for some details.
Also, look on CCO and search on Voice Application Partners and you should be
able to find the Billing & Accounting Partners web page.
>From what I can see there's also Infortel from ISI and Mind Enterprise IP
System which make the partner web page.
In my last role we actually had a lot of success with using VBA/Macros in
Excel to pull and report on accounting/call usage info so for a low cost
(development/scripting) you could also do that depending upon your need.

What are the different ways to extract CDR? SQL query, or http://CM.com/ART
what else?
Thanks
