[cisco-voip] SW Upgrade Options for 2811/2821/2851 Bundles

Different versions of 12.3(8)T (technology) and 12.4(1) mainline.

I don't know if you subscribe to the NSP list but a lot of people are
not real happy with either.  Technically 12.4 "should" be the more
stable one and have all the 12.3T features.  Use IOS at your own risk.
