[cisco-voip] Cisco Callmanager 4.1(2) Automated Attendant

Hi!

 

I am sitting here getting confuzed about the Automated Attendant. We have right now just one office to serve with telephony by Cisco Callmanager, so now they wan´t a AA. The directory number they want it on is 5340. 

Is it possible in AA to have a system like this.

 

Welcome to "company" 

Press 1 to get to Person1 (dn 5341)

Press 2 to get to Person2 (dn 5342)

And so on. 

 

Or do I need to buy the Cisco Unity system and use their mailboxsystem?

But it must be possible the get the AA working on that way?
