[cisco-voip] os patch for co-resident CRS 3.5.X missing?

There was an OS patch for CCM 4.1 w/ co-resident CRS 3.5.X installed, it was called OS_Hotfix_for_CCM4.x_co-res_CRS3.5.x.exe but it is now missing.

Does anyone know if OS2000.2.7sr3 fixed this bug? The hotfix doesn't appear in the listing.
