I setup my two call centers with these two PDFs.  It didn't take long to
read it and get a good understanding.

Hello all,

We're getting ready to start playing with some IPCC stuff and was
looking for a good installation/configuration guide.  I've been up and
down cisco's site and can't find much of anything.  I've got the
scripting guide PDF, but I could use a good installtion/configuration
guide.  Anybody have a link to a good one?  Also, are there any good
books out there?  Scoured Amazon and dind't see much.
