[cisco-voip] 2000-2-7 service releases 2 and 3

It looks like MS05-019 that was included with 2000-2-7sr3, on pre-CM3.3.4, can
break some applications using CDP, like CiscoWorks IP Telephony Monitor. 
(CSCsa86087)  Does anyone know if this also breaks Cisco Emergency Responder,
which is also dependent on CDP?

Cisco has already archived 2000-2-7sr2, and said that a workaround will be
provided after testing is completed.  Any status on that?  MS05-019 is a
critical hotfix.
