well - we don't have much of a choice, 4.1(3) requires 2000.2.7sr2 :(

	I've noticed numerous issues with all 2.7 based releases.  I've
	recommended to most of my customers to way to upgrade to this rev.
	
	Issues seen:
	Unity won't connect properly to CM
	RIS service hangs

	It looks like MS05-019 that was included with 2000-2-7sr3, on
	pre-CM3.3.4, can break some applications using CDP, like CiscoWorks IP
	Telephony Monitor. 
	(CSCsa86087)  Does anyone know if this also breaks Cisco Emergency
	Responder, which is also dependent on CDP?
	
	Cisco has already archived 2000-2-7sr2, and said that a workaround will
	be provided after testing is completed.  Any status on that?  MS05-019
	is a critical hotfix.
