[cisco-voip] phone testing packaging

We've found that even with monitoring and such, there will be cases where dialing a bunch of numbers is a better test of service availability.

Is anyone out there using anything to automate the dialing of numbers and saving the results? I'm hoping that whatever device will do this will be able to understand called number ID, etc so that I can tell if a phone is forwarded to another number or not, i.e. rna, rbusy, etc.
