I don't believe that we have routing issues but we have had call delay
issues that have plagued these offices. They are remote to the call
manager.

If it's just playing a clicking sound then I would think that it's a
problem with the phone not being able to pull the .raw file from the
TFTP server. Are these phones at a remote site from the CallManagers? Is
there any routing or delay issues?

Folks,
Anyone out there have users that occasionally have their phones loose
there ring tone settings? When they do they'll just get an odd clicking
when the phone should be playing a ring tone or a default ring. This
seems to happen with no real patter other then a few more complains
after an office is brought back online after a scheduled power outage.
A reboot of the phone will restore the list of choices and they can then
reselect there ring settings.
